Executive Roundtable Sessions
O.C. Tanner Canada is pleased to have partnered with the following clients to co-host a series of Executive Roundtables in 2009:

- Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) - Toronto, Ontario

This year's Executive Roundtable sessions were short, informational forums where executives had a unique opportunity to discuss timely topics with other leaders in their area.
All the roundtable discussions were facilitated by a subject matter expert from O.C. Tanner Canada who focused on the importance of engaging employees and the best ways to achieve it. Attendees also shared in the new and truly startling results from a joint global study with Towers Perrin on engagement and its key drivers worldwide. Attendees were pleased to be among the first to see the results of the study and share in examples from leaders like KPMG, Sutherland, Quest Diagnostics, and others.
At each event, the discussion was informative, lively, and rich with idea-sharing for how best to capitalize on each company's current investment engagement – especially in the current difficult economic environment.
